2. Frustration/Anxiety

Stress is one of the main reasons that you feel frustrated or anxious all the time. Suppose that you are stressed because of the deadline that’s heading close, but you feel you can’t complete it, so now you are stressed, which does not help you focus and give you anxiety.

Frustration is a stress response when you find out that you cannot manage deadlines or unable to control things, and you feel you’re losing control, so you get frustrated about it. When you are frustrated; you get angry all the time, and worst of all you start losing your confidence and self-esteem, which ultimately causes you to feel low and demotivates to achieve anything in your life. In short, it distracts you from your goals and aims.

3. Withdrawal from Social Life

When you are stressed, you stop enjoying your life and stop interacting with your friends or other people. And that stress at the end gets you isolated from other people.

You feel lonely when you’re stressed, but then your anger and your frustration take over, and you end up having a problematic relationship with your family members too. Stress also doesn’t let you feel confident enough to face the world; it sets in your mind that you are not worthy of social support or attention. 4. Lack of Sleep

Healthy sleep quality is very significant to maintain or live a peaceful life. A primary effect of stress on your life and body is that you start losing sleep and sleep deprivation can lead you to many severe health issues.

A regular sleep pattern works as a stress reliever. When you’re stressed, you are always in tension, and you keep wondering about the same reason that is causing you anxiety, which makes you unable to fall asleep. Even when you try so hard to fall asleep, you find it impossible because the brain chemicals that promote sleep also perform the function of producing stress hormones. As a result, there are more stress hormones in your body making it harder for you to sleep and leave you tired and agitating your stress.

5. Eating Disorders

Stress can lead to various eating disorders, leaving you more anxious about your life. We all know that a healthy diet is essential for a healthy life, but you find it hard to maintain it because of stress.

Obesity can also be caused due to stress; it also becomes the reason for alleviating your mental stress levels. Most people like to eat when they are stressed, and this way, they lose control over their eating habits, which eventually leads to many health issues. Eating disorders may seem very typical, but they do affect your body and your lifestyle very negatively. Also, people around you start asking you questions about your health or body, leaving you more worried and depressed.
